FormRig is a New Zealand-based business selling modular 3D-printed mounting solutions, operating from Auckland, New Zealand.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide when you place an order (name, email, delivery address, phone), contact us via our form, or create an account. We also collect limited technical data automatically including IP address and browser type, used solely to maintain our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used to process and fulfil orders, send order and shipping notifications, respond to enquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information only with trusted providers needed to fulfil your order: Stripe for payment processing (card details are never stored by FormRig), Go Sweet Spot for shipping (delivery address shared for dispatch only), and WooCommerce as our e-commerce platform.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Order records are retained for seven years under NZ tax law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Your Rights Under the Privacy Act 2020

All payment processing uses Stripe with industry-standard TLS encryption. FormRig never stores credit card details.
