1. About FormRig

FormRig is a New Zealand-based business selling modular 3D-printed mounting systems, operating from Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Products

All FormRig products are printed to order using PETG filament. Minor variations in surface texture, colour shade, and dimensional tolerances of plus or minus 0.5mm are inherent to 3D printing and do not constitute defects. Colours displayed on-screen may vary slightly from the printed product due to screen calibration and filament batch differences.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Orders are confirmed by email. Production begins upon order confirmation and payment clearance. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if an error is identified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from Auckland, NZ via Go Sweet Spot. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. FormRig is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Mounting Risk – FormRig does not accept any liability for:

• Any device or object falling from a FormRig mount, regardless of cause
• Damage to any device, desk, wall, or surface resulting from use of FormRig products
• Personal injury arising from the use or failure of any FormRig component
• Loss of data, equipment, or income resulting from a mounting failure

5.2 Improper Use – FormRig is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:

• Improper assembly or installation of FormRig components
• Use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product
• Exceeding recommended weight limits for any component or configuration
• User modification of FormRig components
• Use in environments unsuitable for PETG (excessive heat, prolonged UV exposure)

5.3 User Responsibility – It is your responsibility to ensure mounting surfaces can safely bear the total load, components are correctly assembled and tightened before use, mounted devices are within the safe weight capacity of your configuration, and periodic checks are carried out to confirm all connections remain secure.

5.4 General Limitation – To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FormRig total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product. This does not limit rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

7. Intellectual Property

FormRig products are produced under a commercial licence from the original designer. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale or reproduction of product files is not permitted.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
